My lunch today is a spinach, wild blueberry, smoked almond and red apple salad with an olive oil vinaigrette dressing. All organic and partially local. I've received many questions asking about whether I'm also eating organically. We try to buy what we can organically. My main concern being chemical free and not genetically modified. We do prefer to buy local and seasonal as much as possible as well. We've discovered that you actually save money this way, too.
I've lost 7 more lbs in the past week. That was a real inspiration to me after seeming to have plateaued for awhile. Thanks for all your ongoing support and love!
